Content Revolution Panel Jordan Bitterman of MindshareAs Mindshare’s first Chief Strategy Officer, Jordan is responsible for driving digital, content and communications planning, managing industry partnerships as well as identifying and integrating emerging technologies.

He plays a key role in Mindshare’s “Adaptive Marketing” approach, which uses real-time consumer data to rapidly initiate, alter and optimize client marketing efforts.

Before joining Mindshare, Jordan spent 8 years at Digitas, playing a central role in the development of the company’s brand content offering. He was a founding producer of its annual NewFront event, pairing marketers with content creators and distributors. In 2012, the Digital Content NewFronts became an important milestone on the advertising industry calendar, competing with the broadcast upfronts to drive the marketplace for digital video.

Bitterman has produced numerous tablet app thought pieces including Digitas Trends and Digitas Cache as well as the agency’s seminar at Cannes Lions and presence at CES.

Jordan is a sought-after industry thought leader and is frequently quoted in publications such as Adweek, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg TV.

He has received numerous industry distinctions including: DM News’ “40 Under 40,” The Internationalist and the Vevo Rockstar Award.

Earlier in his tenure at Digitas, Jordan led the New York Media Capability and was the relationship lead for the global advertising unit of American Express.

Previously, Jordan was VP Group Media Director at FCBi , Media Director at Modem Media, Business Development Director at Alta Vista. Before that, he served as SVP, Digital Media Director at Ammirati Puris Lintas, where, at 26, he was the youngest member of the company’s New York Operating Board – a group of 30 executives tasked with leading key initiatives of the 1,100-person flagship office.

Jordan began his professional career at The White House in The Office of Presidential Press Advance. He played a key role in orchestrating the movements of the White House press corps following the President. The pressure-packed environment of immediate reaction and mobilization served as a good primer for the world of New York advertising and Adaptive Marketing.

Jordan holds a B.A. degree in Marketing from The George Washington University in Washington DC.
